Our 6-Step Process
Mask
Every pane of glass, seal, handle, and surrounding surface is carefully masked and protected. Your brickwork, paths, and garden are fully sheeted.
Clean
All UPVC surfaces are thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt, grime, cobwebs, and surface contamination. Clean surfaces are essential for adhesion.
Degrease
A specialist solvent degrease removes oils, silicones, and invisible contaminants that would prevent the coating from bonding properly.
Key
The UPVC surface is lightly abraded to create a mechanical key. This gives our primer something to grip — the foundation of a finish that lasts.
Prime
A specialist adhesion primer is applied. This is the crucial bonding layer — it chemically grips the UPVC and provides the base for the topcoat.
Spray
Two coats of UV-resistant polymer topcoat are applied by HVLP spray gun. The result is a factory-smooth, even finish in your chosen colour. Flawless.
